- Automation of staff appraisal processes
- Generation of the pool of prospective workers and candidates for dismissal
- Automation of the procedure for changing salary and/or post on the results of the evaluation of personnel.

Work performed:
- Designing web interfaces with enhanced ergonomics to undergo procedures to evaluate employees on enterprise portal. Development is done using the Web Dynpro for ABAP technology.
- Reporting on the results of staff assessment exercises for managers. Including the 9 Box Performance-Potential Matrix report, developed in Adobe Flex Wednesday to meet customer requirements for data visualization.
Project results:
- As a result of the project, a process of automating the evaluation of the staff with reporting to managers, including the “9 Box Performance-Potential Matrix”, was conducted.
