Automate the recruitment process for common positions

Project objective:

  • Automation of the recruitment process for common positions using recruiting service RPO IBS.

 

Work performed:

  • A number of automated services and processes for the collection, control and automatic closure of vacancies have been created on the side of the SAP HCM system.
  • Tools have been developed to monitor vacancy closures. Two-way communication is carried out with the service of RPO IBS via the SAP PI.
  • A background threading mechanism and a robust multipackage transmission of large amounts of data have been implemented.

Project results:

  • As a result of project implementation fully automates the process of recruiting the staff on mass positions.
  • Mechanisms to monitor and monitor the process of closing vacancies have been implemented.
