- Optimize role management in the system to create a controlled environment in the company’s main information system.

Work performed:
- Develop user-friendly web interfaces that implement the business process of requesting a role assigned to an employee. Development implemented using WebDynpro for ABAP technology.
- Implementation mechanism for subsequent harmonization requests for assigning roles and ability to delegate harmonization authority. The implementation is performed using SAP Workflow.
- SAP GRC system integration with Active Directory, SAP HR system and distance learning WebTutor system.
Project results:
- The implementation of the project should fully automate the process of assigning roles to the staff.
- The advanced role model should make it possible to reduce the risks of error and abuse in the SAP system, improve the transparency and quality of operating activities.
